At Walkaroo Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Pack the Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer or outer carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
